Product Introduction：

Glass fiber industrial fabric mainly includes glass fiber plain weave fabric, glass fiber twill fabric, and glass fiber satin fabric. Plain weave fabric, twill fabric, and satin fabric, due to their unique chemical and physical properties, can be combined with other materials to derive various related materials with a wide range of applications. They are excellent insulation materials and ideal substitutes for asbestos fabric. They have characteristics such as high tensile strength in both vertical and horizontal directions, breathability, water resistance, and good sealing performance, and are mainly used for the preparation of fire prevention, insulation, and sound insulation materials.

Plain weave structure: It has a compact structure, a flat structure, and clear patterns, suitable for most industrial applications such as electrical insulation materials and reinforcement materials. Represented by CW140, CW260, and imitation 7628 #.

Twill weave: Compared with plain weave fabrics, using the same warp and weft yarns can form fabrics with high density, high strength, and a more soft and loose structure. It is suitable for use as a base fabric for ordinary reinforcement materials, fire blankets, air dust filtration materials, and coating products. Represented by 3731 # and 3732 #.

Satin weave: Compared with plain weave and twill weave, using the same warp and weft yarn can weave fabrics with higher density, mass per unit area, strength, and looseness. It has a good hand feel and is suitable for reinforcing materials with high mechanical performance requirements. Represented by 3784 # and 3788 #.
